McTeacher's Night! It’s your opportunity to support our schools at your local McDonald's. Tonight’s event just started and is being held at 9720 State Ave Marysville, WA The boys are already there waiting to welcome you!

Here are some highlights of this week’s family discussion group about early learning math at QCT. Our District is working with a non-profit group called Zeno Math to provide this opportunity for our families. Dinner and childcare was provided. Discussions were held around improving math concepts for early learnings. What was learned in the discussions with our early learning families will be used to create fun family math nights in the spring where all participating families will receive a free math game. This program makes learning math fun for our students. Please stay connected to learn more about upcoming events like this one.

Way to go DECA students! MP DECA had our regional competition recently and we have 7 students that qualified to compete at the state level competition next month and another 2 that are alternates. If you have any of our 26 DECA competitors please congratulate them on a job well done and if you have one of the students below you can wish them luck at state. COMMITTEE APPLICATION DEADLINE TODAY! The deadline to apply for both the Equity and Diversity and Enrollment and Demographics committees is today, January 15. We are seeking citizens to serve on these District committees to examine policies and make recommendations on changes we can make to become a more equitable and welcoming school district and improve opportunities for every student. On Wednesday, Superintendent Jason Thompson led a Marysville School District presentation for the Marysville Noon Rotary Club. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with club members on behalf of our students. Thank you, Rotary President Jon Nehring for hosting us and thank you, Rotary for your support.
