First Day of School Reminder:
Sept 4- Only grade 6
Sept 5- All students attend
Tomorrow, Friday, June 21, is the last day of school! Students will be in attendance for two hours. Schools will have activities planned tomorrow so attendance is important! Be there or be square! Have a happy and safe summer! We <3 our students!
Lost & Found!
If you have lost something during the school year, please check the lost and found on the cafeteria stage before the last day of school. Smaller items such as glasses, cell phones, house keys, etc., are kept in the office.
Last week of school! June 18th, 19th & 20th are early release days. School will release at 1:20pm. The last day of school, June 21st will release at 10:30am.

Please see the attached revised calendar for the rest of this school year. This calendar has been revised to provide time to make up the days of school that were missed due to the snow days in February.

March 21, 8th grade students will receive their high school selection form. Students are to select their preferred high school on that form with parent and student signature. All forms are due back to the Totem office no later than March 26.

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS! Remember to set your clocks forward an hour on Saturday night before you go to bed. Sunday, March 10th is Daylight Savings.
Totem will be hosting a 5th grade Parent night on March 13th @ 5:30 - 7 pm in the Cafeteria. Learn about class & electives that will help students think critically, create & innovate, collaborate with others, communicate effectively & care compassionately. There will be an opportunity to meet some of the 6th grade teachers & take a self guided tour of our school.
This is a wonderful time to get your questions answered prior to students registering for electives at their elementary schools on March 19th.
Totem Middle School was put into lockdown briefly this morning at approximately 7:35. The lockdown was a precaution to provide security and administration staff time to investigate an incident that involved a rock striking a window causing the outer side of the window to break. All students and staff are safe.
