Our very own School House Cafe (CTE program) provides students with a fast-paced, realistic environment to practice the art of cooking, baking, pastry, and guest services. Students learn new skills while building self-confidence and professionalism in this “student-operated” restaurant. The School House Cafe is considered a magnet CTE program and is available to any high school student within the Marysville School District. Transportation is provided to/from students' school(s).
The Marysville School District is seeking high school students who are interested in rewarding careers within the culinary and/or hospitality world! Successful students in the program have a strong foundation in math fundamentals, a basic knowledge of food safety, and a passion for cooking!
The School House Cafe is located just off of State Street on the Totem school campus. The School House Cafe will be open to the public between 12:15 and 1:30 (Tuesday through Thursday) beginning April 12th!
