Children up to age 18 can get a free dinner at the following schools every night Monday through Thursday? Kids Eat Free: Cascade, Liberty, Quil Ceda Tulalip, and Shoultes Elementary schools. Students do not have to be enrolled in the Century 21 program to qualify. The free meals program is open to all children up to age 18 and will start on October 15.
