Have a happy and safe holiday weekend!

For the first time in almost 2 years, Marysville Getchell High School DECA was able to participate in the Washington DECA Fall Leadership Conference. The conference was held at the Hyatt in Bellevue on November 8, 2021. Nineteen Marysville Getchell students were able to attend. The conference agenda included a powerful and ecstatic opening session to start off the day, with many wonderful workshops that followed.
These workshops included sessions about methods to promote the DECA chapters, preparing for DECA competitions, how to start a business, and how the power of community can carry you a long way, as well as college workshops, and a marketing fair with college representatives. It was a great opportunity for students to experience what DECA can do to prepare emerging leaders.

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians:
We need to resurvey all students this year for their ethnicity/race information per the Federal government and OSPI.
Please go into your Skyward Family Access account and update the info by going to the left side tabs and choosing Race and Ethnicity... click on your student's name and then click the continue button. There are two questions to answer or change. Once you have completed those two links...hit the save button and you are done.
Please feel free to come by our main office to use a computer here or complete a printed form.
Thank you in advance for completing this form as soon as possible.
Thank you to all that completed it already.
