UPDATE, April 24 @ 8:05 PM:
NWRDC is reporting this evening they have received the equipment to resolve the issue preventing our access to Skyward, Wespac, Employee Access and IEPOnline. Their restoration process began today around 2 PM and is expected to take 15 hours. We do not know if that means system access will be restored by tomorrow morning or later in the day, but they do appear to be getting closer to resolving this issue. Thank you again for your patience this week.
UPDATE, April 23 @ 4:18 PM: NWRDC is reporting continued outages at their facility which provides us with Skyward, IEPOnline, WESPAC and Employee Access. They are reporting the outage will continue through Wednesday. We will continue to keep you updated as we learn more.
Attention Families: This afternoon we received word that Skyward has a system-wide outage due to a bad firmware patch applied to all of their network switches, which has made all of their services inoperative. We do not have an ETA on the restoration of services at this time, just that they are working with the switch vendor to replace the switches at NWRDC.
