Commander Brasfield Receives Northwest American Red Cross Award
The Marysville School District is pleased to congratulate and celebrate NJROTC Commander Randy Brasfield, recipient of the Northwest American Red Cross Clare Waite Humanitarian Award.

NJROTC program instructor and leader, Commander Randy Brasfield, was a guest of immense honor during the Northwest American Red Cross Heroes Breakfast held on Thursday, December 7. Commander Brasfield was presented with the Clare Waite Humanitarian Award for his demonstration of “exceptional acts of courage, kindness, and compassion” and selflessly giving himself “for the greater good.” The award is granted to a nominee who “exemplifies a long-standing commitment to the American Red Cross and the mission.”
The Marysville School District congratulates Commander Brasfield on his outstanding achievement. The District recognizes his years of service and dedication to students as an NJROTC instructor and a teacher for nearly 30 years.
